Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email or call +43 676 928 66 05 at least 2 hours before pickup. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged the full fare.

How long before a planned trip do I have to book from Black Car?

Answer

For a trip that is going to take place in same day until 23:59, it should be booked at least 2 hours prior to departure time. For trips between between 24:00 and 06:00 of the following day should be booked at least 4 hours in advance.

How can I pay?

You can pay for the service either directly in cash or by credit card from the driver. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Maestro, Mastercard & Visa.

Where do I meet my chauffeur

What happens if my plane is delayed?

We do not charge you any additional costs for flight delays. We will monitor your new arrival time and pick you up at the right time.
